What we collect

• Account details: name, email, mobile number, address and postal code.
• Provider details: professional information, languages, certificates, prices and availability.
• Booking records: what was booked, when, where, and the status history.
• Photos you upload. Location and camera metadata is stripped automatically on upload.

What we share

When a booking is confirmed, we share the customer's and provider's name and phone number with each other so they can coordinate the visit. We do not sell personal data.

Certificates and documents

Provider certificates are stored privately and are never publicly accessible. Only staff reviewing an application can open them, through links that expire.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us and we will respond within one month.
